CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 266(FIN) "An Act relating to questioned                                       
ballots and questioned voters, voter registration, training of election                             
officials, preparation of election materials, provision of election                                 
materials, forms, and supplies for polling places, voter identification,                            
absentee voting, and counting ballots; and providing for an effective                               
date" was read the second time.                                                                     
                                                                                                    
Senator Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill                                 
be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Senator Ellis                             
objected.                                                                                           
                                                                                                    
President Therriault stated CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 266(FIN) will                                     
be on the May 17 calendar.
